Hightower & Hightower, LLC (H & H) is a veteran-owned, multi-disciplinary technology company focused on computer-based National Security Policy modeling and simulation, live training simulations, interactive data visualizations, and the operation of autonomous vehicles (drones). We are headquartered in Columbus, Ohio with contracted associates near Manila, Philippines and in Odesa, Ukraine. H&H uses in-house and contracted Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to craft, implement, and evaluate policy decision support tools and analytics that are used by private and public organizational stakeholders and decisionmakers.

Areas of Practice
National Security Policy Computer modeling
Our work in modeling and simulation includes Group Modeling Building (GMB) tactics and techniques and begin with our proprietary Modeling and Simulation Framework© (MSF©). The five sequential components of the MSF© include
1) Iterative storytelling,
2) Conceptualizing complex problems and constructing reference mental models,
3) Transferring mental models into computerized models,
4) Simulating models and conducting “what-if” scenario planning, and
5) Building multimedia interfaces, “dashboards”, and visualizations/animations to present to organizational decisionmakers and policymakers.
Computer-based and live Simulation
We deliver to our clients custom-designed computer-based and live-scripted simulations to train and evaluate their workforce. Our simulation process begins with close interaction with clients to interpret their learning objectives and craft a detailed rubric and playbook for 1-3 day training simulations.

Our work in visualization spans a spectrum from crafting 2D data visualizations using Tableau software, to creating “explainer videos” using the full Adobe Creative Suite, to collecting and analyzing photos and videos from autonomous vehicles (drones).

We do not manufacture drones. Instead, we use proven Intelligence, Reconnaissance, and Surveillance (ISR) tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to deploy and operate drones in air, land, and water environments.

We conduct workshops on Crisis Management and preparing for various emergencies.
